Why I practice:

Yoga is one of the few practices that feels like a full recalibration of my mind, heart, and body from all the busy day to day. It helps clear baggage and make room for all that's possible!


Why I teach yoga:

It's a very special experience to share the practice and learn about how others move and experience the poses while learning and growing together. It improves my personal practice and always opens up new ways of relating to poses I've been doing for years.

What to expect from my class:

I use highly technical cues rooted in hatha-alignment biomechanics that will allow students to experience poses based on how they feel and their function rather than how they look or how deep we get into each pose.

Accreditations:

Yoga Alliance Certified, 200 HR E-RYT, 300 HR RYT
