When I’m not at yoga, I’m:
Walking my dog on the 606 or thinking about/eating chocolate.
Why I practice:
After growing up as a dancer, I wanted to bring movement, strength, and flexibility back into my body. I tried several different forms of exercise, but I kept turning back to yoga. I love the way I feel after leaving a class—strong and rejuvenated—and the physical and mental growth the practice has helped me find.
Why I teach yoga:
My priority is to help you feel comfortable as you listen to your body and deepen your practice. I hope the confidence and self-love you build on the mat stays with you as you step out of the studio.
What to expect from my class:
Expect an energizing, flow-based practice that links breath to movement and allows you to build heat and strength in your body.
